Logistic Questions:

  • Absolutely. We create for all genders, all bodies, all backgrounds, and all levels of gothic/alternative style experience. If you have specific needs or questions about fit, materials, or customization, please reach out-we’re here to ensure everyone can enjoy our pieces.

  • Hand crafted pieces typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once it begins its journey, domestic orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days.

  • Currently, we ship within the US. We’re working on expanding our reach to fellow dark souls around the world.

  • Our shipping uses USPS flat rate shipping, so our shipping costs run about $10, but I am hoping to lower that cost soon.

  • We want you to love your Gothic Raven Jewelry. If something isn’t perfect, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be returned in original condition. Contact us at jewelry@gothicravenjewelry.com to begin the process.

  • Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The darkness moves swiftly, but banks sometimes linger in the light. Allow your financial institution a few additional days to post the credit.

Support:

  • Each piece is made for everyday wear, but a little care extends its life. Avoid water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place (a small jewelry box works beautifully). Gently clean with a soft cloth to maintain its dark luster.

  • Absolutely! We only use ethically sourced real bones, ensuring no harm comes to creatures in the creation of our art. Each bone tells a story of natural beauty and respect for the cycle of life.

  • While we offer customization options on specific pieces (metal, colors, charms), fully custom designs may be available depending on our current capacity. Reach out to us at jewelry@gothicravenjewelry.com with your vision, and we’ll let you know if we can bring it to life.

Pricing:

  • We believe everyone deserves to express their dark elegance. By handcrafting pieces ourselves and keeping our operation intimate, we avoid the markups of mass production. Our 10-35 price range means you can build your collection without breaking the bank.

  • Currently, we accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and Venmo. We’re exploring payment plan options for future larger collections.

  • We do offer a shipping break for larger purchases, and occasionally offer discounts so keep an eye on our social accounts.

  • Prices listed are before tax. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
